"So I thought, 'we’ve got a Golden here in B.C. and I live pretty close, so let’s see if we can get one going.'" Tubbs, who owns two golden retrievers, described her motivation as both personal and community-oriented, expressing a desire to celebrate the breed and bring together fellow dog owners.
